The Schools for Democracy programme supports education reforms in Ukraine in the period in 2017-2021. The mid-term evaluation found that the programme is in accordance with national and donor priorities and is well linked up with the ongoing reforms. The programme is being carried out in an effective way and has reached out to all Ukraine’s regions. For the remainder of the programme period stronger emphasis should be put on qualitative analysis of results in order to secure future impact.en
