dc.description.abstract | Introduksjon
Sørlandet sykehus Kristiansand, sammen med Flekkefjord bruker som eneste sykehus i Norge fentanyl administrert intravenøst som smertelindring i fødsel. En pågående studie ved sykehuset ser på sammenhengen mellom fentanyl eksponering og det nyfødte barnets spontane amming.
Hensikt
Å sammenligne forekomsten av spontan amming i to grupper, de som er eksponert for fentanyl administrert intravenøst, og de som ikke har fått medikamentell smertelindring i fødsel.
Metode
Data hentet fra prospektiv kohortstudie pågående ved SSK med tall fra 01.10.2016- 01.05.2017. Hentet fra Partus databasen, omfatter 435 kvinner med analyse gjort i SPSS.
Analysene besto av kalkulasjon av andeler og forskjeller i andeler.
Resultater
Andelen spontan amming ble signifikant redusert fra 74,4% i gruppen som var eksponert for fentanyl, fra 89,9% i gruppen som ikke fikk medikamentell smertelindring i fødsel.

Sørlandet sykehus Kristiandsand, together with Flekkefjord uses as the only hospital in Norway fentanyl administered intravenously as pain relief during childbirth.
An ongoing study at the hospital looks at the relationship between fentanyl exposure and the newborn baby's spontaneous breastfeeding.
Aim
To compare the incidence of spontaneous breastfeeding in two groups, those exposed to
fentanyl administered intravenously, and those who have not had a drug pain relief during childbirth.
Method
Data obtained from prospective cohort study in progress on SSK. With material from
01.10.2016- 01.05.2017. Retrieved from Partus database, includes 435 women with analysis done in SPSS. The analyzes consisted of the calculation of shares and differences in shares.
Result
The proportion of spontaneous breastfeeding was significantly reduced from 74.4% in the group exposed to fentanyl, from 89.9% in the group who did not receive medicated pain relief during childbirth.
