Strategic Action Plan 2025–2030

Abstract

New developments in society generate new issues for research on professions. In order for SPS’s research to remain relevant to professional education, professional practice, and decision-makers, the Centre will in the next five years strengthen its expertise particularly in three thematic areas: the professions in the digital society; inequality, exclusion and inclusion; and knowledge production, expertise and policy. By 2030, the aim is for SPS to be recognised as a key research environment within each of these thematic fields, with strong national and international networks, and at least one large externally funded project granted in each area.
