Feedback is a useful and cost-effective tool in organizations and a key part of organizational behavior management. In a world characterized by an increasing use of technology, it is necessary to follow up developments in all fields. In this thesis, it is investigated what research is available on digital and automatic processes of feedback in the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management through a systematic literature search. The purpose was to investigate whether it could have been useful to implement automatic processes of feedback delivery, where feedback is not evaluative or delivered in personally. The purpose is to investigate the possibility to deliver this in combination with personal and evaluated feedback. The arguments are based on humans, and especially newer generations, learning history with frequent reinforcement through digital channels, and impatience for rewards. Over time, digital reinforcers have become conditioned reinforcers for most people, through social media and videogames among others. The delimitation in search results resulted in 20 articles in this literature review. The main findings show that automatic feedback can be effective alone. Although it is not as effective as personal and evaluative feedback, which supports the principles that exist for effective feedback. It is concluded that more research is needed on the topic. Reliability and validity of the review are discussed.en_US
