The lack of evidence based methods for behavior change in groups makes room for new methods. PROSOCIAL-the science of working better together is a new and untested in a scientific way. With a strong scientific base in evolutionairy theory, Elinor Ostroms core design principles and acceptance and Commitment training, the effect of PROSOCIAL is promising. This article focuses on PROSOCIAL as a tool in behavior change with a group of Hungarian volunteers from different NGO´s working together in the same project. The effect of the study was not as predicted and hypothesized, but there are still interesting discoveries from the study. The purpose of this study is to measure the participants’ change in verbal behavior after a two-day PROSOCIAL workshopen
